AG Tech Lab is operated by AG Capital Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, based in Elpitiya, Sri Lanka. For privacy questions or requests, email social@aggroups.lk or call +94 91 229 1220.

We may receive:

• Your name, email address, phone number and message when you contact us by email.
• Details you include in a job application, such as a CV, portfolio and work history.
• Technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and requested pages, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing enquiry or application details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.

We use information to answer enquiries, discuss or deliver requested services, consider applications, operate and secure the site, and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before a contract, support our legitimate interests in running the business, or meet a legal obligation. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it by contacting us.

The public site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. The current public site code does not include advertising or analytics trackers. You can clear the saved theme choice through your browser settings.

Authorized editors can use the content manager with a GitHub access token. GitHub handles repository requests made through that tool under its own privacy terms.

Our hosting, email and repository providers may process information needed to provide their services. Some providers may process data outside Sri Lanka. We share only what is needed for the relevant purpose and handle any transfer in line with applicable law. We do not publish your enquiry or application as part of the website.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to respond to you, manage an application or business relationship, meet a legal requirement, or resolve a dispute. The period depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was received. We use reasonable safeguards to limit unauthorized access, alteration and loss.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or erase information about you, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Email social@aggroups.lk with your request. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity. You may also raise a concern with the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions about you.

Links to social networks, project sites and other services lead to websites with their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
